Patrick W Philbrick – Director & CEO
Patrick is the Director of Harmony Home Care. Along with his wife Jennifer, he is the co-founder of their nursing supervised in-home care business, dedicated to excellence and compassionate, professional care. Having over 20 years’ experience in business and marketing, it was his passion for serving those in need through his church that led him to start Harmony Home Care.
Patrick is responsible for setting and maintaining the high standards of performance, customer responsiveness, and dedication to superlative service throughout the organization. Through his commitment, dedication, and compassionate teamwork, he has led Harmony to excel as a paradigm in the in-home care industry throughout the greater Sacramento region.
Jennifer Jarrett – RN, LAc, OMD – Director of Nursing
Jennifer brings us 30 years of varied experience as an RN and a clinician. Jennifer’s medical career began as a young teenager, working with her dad who was an Oral Surgeon, assisting him in surgery and in the recovery room. As an RN she was a floor nurse at Santa Monica Hospital, the Charge nurse at a large hemodialysis clinic, then was the Charge nurse at a busy Ophthalmic Surgery Center, keeping the schedules of 10 surgeons, planning and scheduling and preparing patients for surgery, ordering donor parts, and recovering the patients after surgery. She also ran her own Acupuncture and Wellness clinic, working with many geriatric patients. She has developed a reputation as a very successful, compassionate, and caring healer.
Jennifer establishes and maintains the very highest of standards of care that have set Harmony apart, and laid the foundation for our stellar reputation. She oversees all hiring, training, supervision and day to day care, being very actively involved with our clients and caregivers.
Brandy Wobschall – Lead Care Coordinator
Brandy has the heart of a caregiver. She left a thriving career with the State of California to take care of her own grandmother when her health was failing, and there was no other family to step in. After her grandmother passed away, Brandy came to us as a caregiver, where she served her clients and our agency as an outstanding professional. We were so impressed that we promoted her rapidly, first as a care coordinator, and then on to the Lead in the office.
When you call in and talk to Brandy, you will notice her warm and supportive nature right away. She is a great listener, and makes you feel cared for and important. You will love having her supporting you and providing just the right caregivers for your loved ones.
Angela Hathaway – Care Coordinator
Like all our staff, Angela does this because she loves taking care of people! She will greet you with warmth and compassion when you call or stop by. She was a caregiver herself before being promoted into the office to help coordinate the needs of our clients with the availability of our extensive staff of caregivers.
Angela understands what you are going through. She knows the kind of stress and frustration you are feeling, and she is personally committed to providing the absolute best care possible.
Patty Salee – On Call Care Coordinator
I know what our clients are going through because I am a caregiver. I have cared for both of my dear parents when they were each afflicted with cancer themselves. I know the stress of caring for someone who cannot care for themselves, and having to juggle all the demands on one’s personal life at the same time. When you call in after hours, I will be there to answer your calls with compassion and understanding. I do this because I care and I am here to help.
Carol Sadler – On Call Care Coordinator
Carol just wants to help. Having provided care for both of her parents during their struggles with cancer, and through hospice care, she understands the frustrations of life’s demands. There is comfort and peace of mind knowing you have help and support available. Offering after hours support, she is committed to excellent, prompt service.
